We will immediately send you an automated confirmation of receipt. This way you can be sure that we have received your application and that it is being processed.
Step 3: Review
We will thoroughly and sympathetically review your application and supporting documents. In the process we will consider how well your abilities and experience match the job requirements. We will then contact you - either a written rejection by e-mail, or a telephone invitation to an initial interview.
Step 4: Initial interview
The initial interview helps us to get to know each other and will be conducted by a member of the HR team and/or your future line manager. During the interview you will be provided with detailed information about what the job involves and about Chocolat Frey as an employer.
We will contact you by telephone shortly after the interview.
Step 5: Taster day
For jobs in Production, Engineering and Logistics:
If the initial interview was satisfactory for both parties, this will be followed by a taster day in the department to which you have applied. The aim of this taster day is to assess whether you, as a person, are the right fit for Chocolat Frey and your future team. We will contact you by telephone shortly after the taster day.
